Getting 8 Hours of Sleep Each Night Helps Students Succeed

A recent study conducted by the director of Baylor University’s Sleep Neuroscience and Cognition Laboratory and assistant professor of psychology and neuroscience confirmed that his students who got 8 hours of sleep each night during exam period performed better.  To read more about how he conducted the experiment with his students and to find links to the published study click here.
